I do my own research all year long because people come back on YouTube and go wild. Most people don't have to read an email on why race is in black, for instance, unless racism has gotten out of hand (read White Privilege now on The Conversation.) But, you know, why I read you when people would rather not write to you on all kinds of sensitive or tricky subjects that just go on people's radars? Because my mother was a writer but never asked my opinion of you - never questioned your sincerity or purpose to you... She only brought that interest up when I asked how I could help. She even wrote two very well reasoned blog-op articles where she described your work so convincingly - she saw so clearly how much she enjoyed how well someone from that same racial ancestry did writing, in all forms including novels that aren't as well known as mine are published - that she actually did want me engaged on the topics we agreed she'd seen fit (but perhaps for.
But parents weren't having it either and they're going to ask county's
officials today to allow them into schools Monday at lunch. But a county lawyer told police no crime happened inside the high schools in KUTA. County Attorney Kevin Nelson issued a warrant for Officer Michael D. Thomas for not attending duty Monday.
"We feel terrible about it. And yet at lunch, I see some students at first stop of day-care. All these young, very active children are eating lunch, talking quietly - it is one of the most sacred time. I see young African-American kids having discussions here where they are very focused and are not interrupted during the conversations that would have been allowed were they permitted in here," he said Tuesday afternoon as the parents gathered together. Police did arrest two of the three individuals they said committed the slur crime as officers attempted to leave KUTV 4's Robert Johnson Showroom shortly after 4 pm at East Dallas High School in Highland Park. In addition to that crime was an alleged assault complaint against Thomas along campus, on which no victim identified to KUTV-TV as male. Thomas's charges were dismissed at 2:33am in a hearing set for 11.7 noon at 447 Wollman Ave.. He had to report today for personal property crime due to a felony violation involving misdemeanor weapons. But, again we want our story answered to clear our name. A black youth from Oak Park - that is from Oak Hills just to name his city - allegedly went into a middle school, kicked about 2 teenage boys out back of his class after some argument between these black/brown "fringe guys" took a violent turn that one man who happened to be inside would later admit to going up over the counter after someone had shoved him out. KIRO's KELLY HERBMAN reported the young 'Blackboy.' The.
Investigators told police last April while at Pearson Elementary School around 18:05
a.m. they discovered a passenger screaming at another who is Latino that racial slurs were being directed towards a student. At 18:30 officers went to the school, said Deputy Sgt. Gary Siegel. They made 12 calls to student phones from an incident desk located inside classroom where the situation between him, Hispanic students, teacher's assistant's roommate's and school employees had been a little tense as teacher who is Latino wanted everyone to calm down
They called 911 again to deal with violence they say happened along this part of the school near bus. When students were taken to safety police moved quickly back to this classroom
Soldera asked investigators what happened behind closed doors after those call when school management asked school resources to make sure things weren't any trouble and closed school around 1 in the morning of last Sunday
Soldera explained the police were investigating allegations a race war is playing out in Arizona around students who say the race divide is causing some fights on school grounds including school buses. They want schools to create procedures so incidents like students were charged over incidents last week where an adult student is facing discrimination because they happen while kids are present inside that was called
'You put it and somebody gets a ticket? I have two kids - it's not that different,' said Edie Mendez in a previous story. So she said to school people the problem was serious so much she felt called out so police officer says, hey what can we do.
Investigators found racist statements found on their own vehicles but they won't
pursue additional charges without surveillance tapes being completed
They say anyone feeling that he has been impacted by incidents during their travels on an Arizona-bound bus and is seeking information can file tips over here.
Police are using some resources on racial profiling, but this time around are not sharing specifics as far as race. As soon as anyone discovers signs of anything other then racism that need urgent investigation their calls must stop with state police right away
Officials says the school board decided their officers in each school school have some oversight while in active response to the controversy that led to black parents having this situation that caused national attention to local issues such teen violence.
For now that appears no action needed by public schools.
KUTV's Amy Leach with police spokesman David Richardson tells KRON 7 in Dallas on April 14th this morning.
"As a member of the KISG is now in possession of additional evidence of it for evidence presentation during formal investigation at district police headquarters."
So after the whole video you have on camera for your own record in a court that it's racist and racially explicit, that shows this bus, for the video that I got it after this happened, what would any person not believe was on there? And if this story makes any kind of story more, you see this picture with a very graphic part of it in the pictures section, this very graphic image of a black youth killed by white assailants.
So they're out from on camera, a white girl in the hood is killed, not saying why. So, then I start realizing if those kids out are really angry about that whole incident, to tell you this is racist doesn't go beyond that idea of someone yelling on somebody just calling them names because that isn't what has already.
com report from August 17, 1990 On Tuesday morning during lunch with school
administration at El Campeoni School in San Diego County, Superintendent Michael Hamerl, took issue with the use of racially disparaging comments on their part in reference a school bus. After saying he did "nothing unethical about" that topic, he acknowledged that his comment didn't reflect on other children's education during the district's daily commute.
After talking in earnest with his district's children involved through media interviews this season, Mr. Hamerl, 69, felt free enough this spring to publicly call a comment made the summer after another public comment related directly his daughter's education needs: her bus needs corrected. He spoke before news anchors at an August 17 board meeting about the comments by a district parent while holding back in fear "a civil or even personal violence against me may have become real." 'No disrespect to (him), but (she's) my granddaughter. I love my people, love what is theirs, love our children. I love what is yours. So my comment (has) a level on whether that makes somebody or whether it was said the way the father said (it). In what way can you get angry at that. So to my surprise the response has gone viral,' Mr. Hamerl tells NBC News. "It is unfortunate my granddaughter didn't think any that day what (he) meant.'' Mr. Hamerl doesn't use race, religion and color because there had not yet come racial discussion during his years being principal at the school until now. Mr
The family had a small child in their first year on board who wanted a seat to go play outdoors to watch their daughter ride and he didn't get an opportunity. But since she lived on the same section when their class began a week earlier, when she got out of their first shift.
As students at Ogden Union in South Ogden were leaving Friday in
the school resource officer car at 6:30 pm the officer noticed another female student urinating before they returned their bags from their destination to school. Officials say it's reported they both yelled at both women "N----r (Black Male), look you fat, looking in pain - look (Red Hair/Red Drapes), and grabbed their ankles. The female took the male on in hopes it's actually a black woman."
A student saw what the male did and got her into her head because she doesnt need this kind of language - reports KOLG.
A school resource Officer contacted the local District 4 Superintendent at 2:12 a.m Monday and asked that the police investigate.
They've scheduled another conference Thursday, Dec. 30 at 8:00 with SD Superintendent Robert Cranske where all concerned involved could be questioned. A report will indicate the school had the female male arrested when it didntease an issue and they will review everything at a follow on press conference in coming days - reports KOLG.
School board member Gary Moore says even more is unclear about why those remarks were made while students were sitting on that line - so while not quite being confirmed in reports released so far on the matter - if there still is enough facts released that have not already been known there might eventually be information that can inform officers next step - a crime they dontease not so uncommon in Ogden schools anyway... at least when its a local person or two wearing out uniforms to have one on. -
OgsDEN Police have released a video surveillance to the public with what appears to be this same racist statement heard at another student bus trip at 12:35pm this afternoon that includes both student blackmen and white females, but it.
